By submitting your equipment to Aurora Speaker Repair ("we", "us", "our") for diagnostics or repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. We agree to perform the requested repairs to the best of our ability using high-quality parts.
We provide a 90-day warranty on all labor and parts replaced. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the specific repair performed. It does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair, misuse, or accidental damage.
We provide estimates before beginning major work. If you decline the repair after diagnostics, a bench fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse service on equipment that we deem beyond economical repair or unsafe to work on.
Equipment left for more than 30 days after notification of completion (or refusal) may be considered abandoned and sold or disposed of to recover storage and labor costs, in accordance with Illinois state law.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for the loss of or damage to equipment due to fire, theft, or causes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair.
